Refund and Exchange Policy

14-day exchange policy: You have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.
Equal-value exchanges: Exchanges are only allowed for fragrances of the same price.
Incorrect order exchanges: If we send the wrong fragrance due to our error, we will exchange it for the correct item at no additional cost.
Condition of product: To be eligible for an exchange, your fragrance must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
Process: To start an exchange, contact us at scentsationalfragrances45@gmail.com. Please note that exchanges will be collected from your address. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong fragrance. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

We cannot accept exchanges on sale items or gift cards.
Personal care goods (such as opened or used fragrances) are not eligible for exchange.

If merchandise is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or exchange your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, the fragrance must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.
